Any medical information not mentioned or withheld by the patient or his/her relatives or not asked for due to the negligence of the Treating Doctor, as the case may be, and The portal shall not be responsible for the same. |

In case the Treating Institution and/or the treating Doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post treatment of the patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Treating institution and/or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and The portal shall not be responsible for the same. |

It shall be absolute responsibility of the Treating Institutions/or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, at the time of the Patient's admission to apprise him/her or his/her family members/relatives/escorts/friends making the booking on behalf of the patient of the possibility or Contingency/Expense (howsoever rate) and secure his/her consent or the consent his/her family members/relatives/escorts/friends writing to pay for or assist the Treating Institution to recover from the Insurance Company all the Contingency Expenses and The portal shall not be responsible for the same. |

The treating Institution shall be solely responsible for any extension/change or treatment date by it and/or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and The portal shall not be responsible for the same. |

The portal is acting only as an Information Provider and there is direct contract between the Patient and Healthcare Provider, for any medical Treatment. |
